Graduates of years 2023 & 2024 G.C. with a BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum accretive GPA of 3.00.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

Required Qualification and Experience 
 Education BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing 
 Management and any other related fields with 1.5 years of experience or a Diploma( Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on a CSS position.

Position 3: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, and other related fields with 3.5 years of 
experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior Customer Service Officer or original position.

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C 

Required Qualification and Experience 
 Education MA/ MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking assiduity, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B/ or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.

Podition 5: Information Systems Audit Division Manager 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education/MSc Diploma/ BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Admin Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related fields with 9.5/ 7.5 years of experience in an applicable field, of which at least 2 years as a senior officer in the banking industry 
Work Place Addis Ababa 

Position 6: Manager, Audit Follow-up Division 

Required Qualification and Experience 
 EducationBA/ MBA, MA in Accounting, Banking and Finance Business Administration, Management and any other related fields with 8.5/ 6.5 years of experience preferably in banking industry of which 2 years as a senior Inspector position
