Position 1: Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
EducationBA Degree in Accounting and Finance with 5 years and below experience.
Must have Good Knowledge of accounting C- Net software, IFRS, and Peachtree.
Good Communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checks the correctness of cheques, payment validations, and all journal validations including accounts
rendering before approval.
Check the correctness and the proper approval of credit deals checks; code them in the
applicable journal.
Checks the correctness of cash deals checks, cash bills, and their corresponding bank deposit
slips, code them, and record them in the applicable journal.
Checks and verifies the correctness of approved petty cash payment vouchers and accounts
coding.
Check the attachment tally balances are in agreement with general tally balances.
Checks and record check payments.
Prepare & submit yearly accounts status, customers & suppliers statements of accounts,
and separate reconciliation reports.
Assist internal & external adjudicators.
Check the correctness of WIP flow data before it's posted to Peachtree.
Closely support the principal accountant in the medication of yearly and monthly draft fiscal
statements.
Follow up the timely collection of rental income of office rents and other contractual agreements.
Follow up the timely collection of trade receivables, bid bonds, and performance bonds both in the
form of CPO and Bank Guarantee.
Prepare VAT Breakdown, fill out the VAT declaration form, and make it ready for payment
( Declaration) up to 15 days of the posterior month.
