Position 1 Reinsurance Officer- II  

Qualifications BA/ BSC Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or other related field of study from a recognized University.  

Work Experience A minimum of four( 4) years ’ applicable experience in the insurance business  The following fresh qualities & abilities are required  

• Considerable knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques( For Jobno. 1)  

• Through knowledge of the insurance business  

• Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures  

• Ability to effectively coordinate activities to achieve maximum efficiency  

• Good branch coordination and management skills

• Analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills  

• Good knowledge of  mortal resource development policies and procedures  

• Good interpersonal & communication skill  

• Good knowledge of computer application skills  

• reliable & Teamwork

Position 2 Senior Human Resource Development Officer  

Qualifications BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or other related field of study from a recognized University.  

Work Experience A minimum of five( 5) years applicable experience in the business organization. The following fresh qualities & abilities are required  

• Through knowledge of the insurance business  

• Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures  

• Ability to effectively coordinate activities to achieve maximum efficiency  

• Good branch coordination and management skills  

• Analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills  

• Good knowledge of  mortal resource development policies and procedures  

• Good interpersonal & communication skills
