Position 1: Engineering officer- I
Qualification: MSC/ BCS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related fields of study from a recognized University
Experience minimum of 2 (two) years of applicable work experience as a surveyor or original in the insurance Company
Additional qualities & abilities required
Considerable knowledge of surveying, assessment, or investigation techniques
Ability to conduct risk assessment
Considerable negotiation and human relationship skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable and a team player
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Reinsurance officer- I
Qualification/ BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or other related fields of study from a recognized University
Experience minimum of 2// years of applicable work experience in the insurance Operation
Additional qualities & abilities required
Excellent knowledge of the insurance business, reinsurance principles, and practice
Ability to analyze facts and to make sound judgments
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving solving and communication skills
Reliable and a team player
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Reinsurance Officer
Qualification: BA/ BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or other related fields of study from a recognized University
Experience: A minimum of 5( five) years of applicable work experience in insurance operations.s

Excellent knowledge of the insurance business, reinsurance principles, and practice
Ability to analyze facts and to make sound judgments
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving solving and communication skills

Position 4: Manager, Claim Division
Qualification/ BSC degree and above in Management, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, or other related fields of Study from a recognized University
Experience: A minimum of 8// years of applicable work experience, out of which 2 years as a senior position in the insurance company.
Additional qualities & abilities required
Broad knowledge of the insurance business
Thorough knowledge of claims management methods
Good knowledge of the company's policies regarding claims
The capability to effectively negotiate with clients
Ability to make timely decisions
Analytical, interpersonal, and good communication skills
