Position 1: JR. Quality and Safety Assurance Officer
Qualification Requirements
A BSC degree in Food Science/ Biology or any related field of study from a recognized college/ university with a minimum of two years experience in food services Food Quality Assurance/ Cook capacity with HACCP & GMP.
OR
A Minimum of College Diploma/ 10 3/ Level III Certificate per the old/ new curriculum in Food preparation/ Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making Hotel Operation or any related field of study from a recognized TVET/ College/ University with a Minimum of Four years applicable experience in food service Food Quality Assurance/ Cook capacity with HACCP & GMP standards.
AGE LIMIT 18- 35 YEARS OLD
Position 2: CATERING DRIVER- I
Qualification Requirements
A Minimum of 12TH/ 10TH Grade Complete per the old/ new curriculum with a Dry II/ Public II Driving license and a minimum of four Years of driving experience in a known Organization.
2ND GRADE OR AUTO-DRIVING LICENSE IS ADVANTAGEOUS. AGE LIMIT 25- 40 YEARS OLD
Position 3: Administrative SOUS CHEF
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BA Degree Food and Beverage Service Hotel management Hotel Operation/ Restaurant Management/ Hotels and Tourism Management/ Food Engineering or any related field of study from a recognized University/ College TVET with a minimum of 10 years’ applicable experience at a big scale feeding Production area or 4/ 5- star Hotel.
OR
Minimum of 10 3/ College Diploma/ Level III Certificate in food preparation/ Kitchen operation/ foreign dish cooking// confectionery/ Baking and Pastry making or any related fields of study from a recognized catering institute/ TVET/ College with a minimum of 12 years applicable experience at a big scale Catering Production area or 4/ 5- star Hotel.
