The Ethiopian Consumers’ Cooperative Society (ECCS) is trying to find a Strategic Sourcing Specialist.
Job Summary:
Looking for a chance to manage corporate-wide sourcing initiatives, together with analysis, RFx development and execution, trafficker negotiation, contract development, and implementation, to help in development and analysis of procurance operations, distinguishing sourcing opportunities and tributary to annual savings targets through leadership and material experience.
Essential Responsibilities
Performs provider availableness and capability market studies.
Develops Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Negotiates with vendors, identifies risks, and recommends changes to written agreement language.
Develops and enhances processes and procedures for strategic sourcing.
Assists senior team members in making ready management reports and conducting regular team conferences.
Conducts and reviews offer chain pay analysis, builds value models, and conducts cost accounting studies for known chance areas.
Develops offer chain and cost accounting reports unitedly with business unit managers.
Manages trafficker relationships and establishes strategic partnerships with key suppliers.

Qualification Requirements:
Degree or sheepskin in Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or connected fields
Minimum one-year expertise in offer chain management, strategic sourcing, procurance, or material management in mid-sized to massive organizations
A strong understanding of sourcing needs to support ECCS
Ability to make and maintain effective internal and external relationships
Excellent communication and social skills
Advanced analytical skills; understanding of ERP transactional information and method flows; operating with information
Proficiency in MS Suite of software; Power BI; and developing management level presentation
Solid understanding of contracts
