Position 1 Manager Compound Administration – ET Village
Qualification required BA/ BSC Degree in any field of study from a honored Institution with a minimum of six times of applicable experience from known association, real estate, condominium, common living areas out of which three times in administrator/ directorial position.
OR A Minimum of College Diploma/ 10 3/ Level III Certificate in any field of study in from a honored Institution with a minimum of eight years of applicable experience from known association, real estate, condominium, common living areas out of which three times in administrator/ directorial position.
Position 2 Deputy ManagerCompound Administration – ET Village
Qualification needed BA/ BSC Degree in any field of study from a honored Institution with a minimum of 3 times of applicable experience from known association, real estate, condominium, common living areas out of which one time in administrator/ directorial position. OR A Minimum of College Diploma/ 10 3/ Level III Certificate in any field of study in from a honored Institution with a minimum of 5 times of applicable experience from known association including the police forces and the service, real estate, condominium, common living areas out of which 2 years in administrator/ directorial position.
