Ethio- Engineering Group (EEG) is a Governmental business enterprisere-established in September 2020 under the FDRE Council of Ministers regulation No. 475/2020. The Main purpose of there-establishment of the group is to enable it play a commanding role in the development of heavy industries in the country towards meeting the public vision of transforming to an artificial- led frugality. EEG is, thus, engaged, among others, in manufacturing and trading of automotive products, Agricultural machineries, Construction machineries, power and electronics equipment, metal and essence products, and Plastic and polymer products. presently, it has nine subsidiary diligence that have their own manufacturing facilities in different parts of the country. These are Akaki Basic Metal Industry, Metals Fabrication Industry, Construction Machinery Manufacturing Industry, Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Industry, Power Equipment Manufacturing Industry, Addis ministries and Spare parts Manufacturing Industry, Adama Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry, Ethiopia- Plastics Industry and Bishoftu Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
Position 1: Project Design Engineer
Qualifications and Experience needed
Bsc in Architecture/ Civil Engineering from recognized university
3 years and below experience in a similar line of work
This position is responsible for coordinating the design process throughout the life of the project including project BIM execution plan tracking and reporting, submittal tracking, documentation and formal communication with applicable project stakeholders, all shop drawing and material specifications, and all work order coordination by performing the ensuing duties.

Position 2: Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Survey Engineer
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
Work experience 3 years and above
Working in analogous role in a construction company specializing in Road and Bridge construction systems.
Candidate with International company experience will be given priority
Must be aligned, Commercially apprehensive, Honest and Shows high levels of Integrity.

Education Qualification
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study 4 years of related work experience( experience at international company is an added advantage) Should specialize in road construction, Mainly in Asphalt road projects, and Bridges with expansive practical experience. Position 4 Project Manager (Road)
Education Qualification / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
7 years and below experience with at least 2 years as a design manager- in road.
The ideal candidate shall have an international experience/ or worked with transnational companies here in Ethiopia – or must have a proven track record of the successful management of an end- to- end project execution.
The ideal seeker Should specialize in road construction, Mainly in Asphalt road systems and bridges with expansive practical experience.

Position 5: Planning Engineer (Road)
Education Qualification
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
Specific work experience of 3- 5 years in road/ highway construction. Experience must include all phases of construction from planning to closeout and as a minimum must also include experience in earthworks, sub grade, road bases, asphalt, structures and road furnishing works.
