Position 1: Junior Mechanical Engineer (MEP 007/2025)  

Required Qualification and Experience: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, design team  Support in liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications. Support and learn in the development of products, including Clean Room design, computer modeling, selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, testing, and implementation of products and systems. Communicate directly with the point platoon to understand project requirements, pretensions, design specifications, and functional environments.

Represent the company professionally and actively at all times. Supports

, reviews, updates, modifies, and approves mechanical design plans and work schedules.  

Collaborate with research, design, fabricate, and install HVAC mechanical systems to meet customers’ conditions in both large and small projects.  

Consult on HVAC system and outfit design for a wide range of projects, and work with other masterminds, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/ or modify the design.

Position 2: Junior Electrical Engineer (MEP 008/2025)  

Required Qualifications and Experience

Support and learn in the development of production, including Clean Room design, computer modeling, selection of manufacturing styles, fabrication, testing, and perpetration of products and systems.  

Communicate directly with the point platoon to understand design conditions, pretensions, design specifications, and functional surroundings.

Represent the company professionally and actively at all times

Support, develop, review, modernize, modify, and authorize electrical design plans and work schedules. 

Required Skill: Communication 

Position 3: Senior Accountant (Finance 012/2025)  

Required Qualifications and Experience  

Education: B.A. degree in Accounting,  

Experience times of related work experience, out of which 1 year at an international company is an added advantage  

Demonstrated experience working in a construction establishment is an asset.  

Experience working with related associations, commissioning complex construction systems by hiring construction enterprises, is an asset. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting procedures, especially applicable to the construction industry in Ethiopia.  

Knowledge of original finance and accounting laws and regulations in the construction sector.  

Experience and working knowledge of using Fil sonancia software  

Skills: complete user of MS Office applications with advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills  

Excellent  logical and numerical skills  

Sharp time management skills 

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. 

Required Skill: Account management  

Roles and Responsibilities: General Accounting and Finance Functions 

Preparation of colorful payment vouchers for procurement, overtime allowance, petty cash advance to project spots, etc., as well as ensuring the timely follow-up of advance settlements as per the applicable procedures, which are in place.  

Advance and cash book management.  

On a diurnal basis, make the physical cash count and reconcile the same with the cash book.  

Ensure the transactions are properly coded and posted in the system as outlined in the EEC financial manual.  

Prepare on a daily basis the geriatric report for all payables and receivables, and continuously monitor the liquidation of those balances as per the agreement which are in place and flag long outstanding balances for management for decision making. 

Prepare journal summaries  

Establish, maintain, and reconcile the periodic financial transactions as required.  

Perform the yearly bank reconciliation once every month end and as required.  

Administer and monitor the fiscal system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. 

Assist in preparing the income statement, balance wastes, statement of cash flow, and statement of change in equity.  

Assist in the medication of daily management reports and other reports as requested by management.  

Maintain financial files and records that are under his/ her custody.  

Perform the yearly and year-end financial closings of the company’s accounts as required.  

Tax and Audit Compliance  

Prepare and submit the periodic VAT declaration to the applicable tax office accordingly.  

Prepare, follow up, and settle all tax-related payments to the applicable original tax authorities (income tax, pension tax, VAT, profit tax, etc.) as needed and continue to make EEC Construction a duty-biddable company. Help by serving one tone and the needed fiscal lines during external inspection (both for external and duty checkups) in support of the inspection process.  

Perform the applicable inspection corrections as per the agreed inspection commentary as instructed.  

Payroll Administration  

Ensure that employment income tax and pension are properly computed and subtracted from the employee's salary on a yearly basis as per the laws that are in place. Check the correctness of calculations in calculating the net pay of an employee’s payroll.  

Prepare and administer EEC Construction’s yearly staff payroll and ensure the salary transfers to each staff member's bank account every year.
