Position 1 Accountant  

Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  

Proven experience as a elderly Accountant or  analogous role, with at least 1- 3 years of applicable accounting experience.  

In- depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.  

Strong  logical and problem- solving skills, with keen attention to detail.  

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.  Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  

Experience with  fiscal statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.  

Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax preparation and filing.  

Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial software is a plus.  

Position 2 Real Estate Field Sales Agent 

Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field  2 years of experience as real estate sales agent  Strong sales and negotiation skills  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

Ability to meet and exceed sales goals  

Strong customer service skills  

Position 3 Real Estate Sales consultant  

Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field  2 years of experience as real estate sales agent  Strong deals and negotiation skills  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Ability to meet and exceed sales goals  Strong customer service skills  

Position 4 Real Estate Sales Supervisor  

Qualification 4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field and of which 2 years as supervisor  

Strong leadership and communication skills  Ability to train and coach others  complete in Microsoft Office Suite  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Must be suitable to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends  

Position 5 In- House Architect  

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.  

Sex-Female 

1- 2 years proven experience as an architect, preferably with experience in domestic or commercial real estate. 

Proficiency in architectural design software,  similar as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, to create 2D/ 3D floor plans and renderings. 

Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction techniques. 

Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to transform ideas into compelling architectural visuals and marketing materials. 

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating architectural representations. 

Ability to collaborate effectively with the deals team, external stakeholders, and clients. 

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences is desirable.  

Position 6 Digital Marketing Expert  

Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, business, or a related field.  

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert or  analogous role.  In- depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and stylish practices.  Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms,  similar as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation software, and SEO tools.  Strong  logical skills with the ability to interpret data and  decide  practicable insights.  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

Creative thinking and problem-  

working abilities.  

Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Up- to- date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments.
