Position 1: Grants Officer
• Education Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, political science, law, or social science-related field
• Experience minimal 4 – 6 years of experience with grants management and implementation, previous experience working with NGO in program development and implementation
• Place of work Addis Ababa
• Salary As per the organization’s salary scale
Position 2: Program Officer
• Education Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred – in human rights, political science, international relations, law, transnational development, or other social sciences.
• Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience working with civil society and democratic institutions in Ethiopia related to human rights and advocacy.
• Place of work Addis Ababa
• Salary As per the organization’s salary scale
Position 3: Program Officer, Gender and Social Inclusion
• Education Bachelor’s degree in human rights, gender studies, social studies, women’s studies, international development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience At least 5 years of proven experience working in the field of human rights, gender equality, and social inclusion,
Experience in mainstreaming human rights-based approach, gender, and social inclusion in programming.

Position 4: Finance and Executive Assistant
• Education BA degree or diploma in account, finance office management, or related fields.
• Experience 3 years or more related experience working in a fast-paced, charge-acquainted work terrain, Experience working on USAID or other US Government funded projects programs is preferred.

Position 5: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Director
• Education Master’s Degree in International Development, International Relations, or a related field is required. fresh experience may substitute for some education.
• Experience A minimum of 8 years’ experience with 2 years of applicable field-based experience in coordinating or managing light to moderately complex projects required, preferably with an international NGO.
