Position 1 – Sales and Marketing Manager
Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields with ten( 10) years of demonstrated experience out of which six (6) years at Senior Leadership level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields with twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience out of which eight( 8) years at Senior Leadership leve general Duties of the Position
• Prepare the Functions of work plans and monitor their execution.
• Monitor the proper utilization of the overall budgets.
• Identify the professional requirements of the Function and develop plan for meeting the requirements.
• Develop the policies and procedures for the department Function and lead in their implementation and nonstop review.
• Review, approve and submit reports to applicable organs.
• Support the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, on- going performance dialogue and feedback on marketing & sales issues.
• Oversee the methodical identification of skill and competency requirements for the Function.
• Represent the Department in external relationships related with the Function.
Position 2 – Senior Property and Procurement Officer
Qualifications and Experience
• Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management or related fields with FOUR( 4) years of demonstrated experience. OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management or related fields with SIX( 6) years of demonstrated experience. Important Performance
• Develop the procurement and inventory management strategy of the organization with the goal to control costs with budgets.
• Maintain and Manage procurement and force of materials.
• Ensure that goods and stock is properly controlled and organized for the achievement of the organization Vision.
• Perform regular cycle counts of inventory materials and assists in conducting monthly physical force counts.
• Ensure goods are received and managed according to organization PPS standard procedure, so materials will be readily available for sector’s needs.
• Evaluate and Monitor usage and cost of all Materials, Machineries, equipment and consumables.
• Create and maintain accurate spoken procedures for the primary procurement and force control functions and processes.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the stock management system implemented.
• Prepare diurnal reports to control the crucial critical areas of the stock system and address any.
Additional Skill
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to use computer application.
• Knowledge of ERP (ODDO) It's preferable.
Position 3 – General Accountant Head
Qualifications and Experience
• MSc in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with four( 4) years of demonstrated experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare year- end, routine, ad hoc and special report analysis of fiscal standings as it relates to disbursement and collection of cashetc.
• Supervise all regular accounting processes similar as A/ P and Journal Entries plus yearly closure accounts.
• Organize all company fiscal programs and ensure compliance to popular requirements.
• Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization.
• Supervise and ensure effective working of all fiscal transactions in organization.
• Monitor and implement all accounts outstanding check activation and wire transactions.
• Assist departments in account reconciliation process on yearly base.
• Examiner authorized account reconciliation process.
• Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
• Provide support to supplementary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
• Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
• Develop popular plans for processes as per requirement.
• Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
• Collate bank statements on yearly basis.
• Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
• Provide support to safe keeping of internal charges in company.
• Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
Position 4 – Feed Processing Industry Manager
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine with eight( 8) years of demonstrated experience
• Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine with six( 6) years of demonstrated experience
• Doctoral degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine with tow( 2) years of demonstrated experience fresh desirable skills and characteristics
• Having fresh knowledge and skills related to the position;
• Basic computer knowledge;
• Short training certificate in animal fodder preparation,
• Has a sense of teamwork;
• Ability to coordinate and manage colorful tasks, with good work ethic; Ready to accept and implement change procedures;
• Free of any previous correctional issues;
• Ready and married to accept the liabilities given to them and turn them into results;
• Has good performance and discipline in former jobs
Position 5 – Managing Director
Qualifications and Experience
• MSC/ MBA in business Related Profession.
• Total of ten years of experience of which Five years of Administrative Role
