Position 1: Junior Call Center Officer
Requirements
Education (Minimum): BA in Accounting/ Business Management/ Management or related field
Experience: 1 year of applicable experience in a call center
Number Required 3 (Three)
Job Purpose
Answers incoming calls, providing clear and accurate information about bank products, services, and accounts based on established guidelines.

Position 2: Senior Digital Banking Business Officer
Requirements: Education (Minimum): BA in Accounting/ Business Management/ Management or related field
Experience 4 years of applicable banking experience
Number Required 1 (One)
Job Purpose
Oversees and manages the bank’s digital banking services, making strategic recommendations to the Division manager. They compile data and create reports.
