The reasons behind the inception of this, the first of its kind or pioneer private mortgage bank in Ethiopia include huge housing backlog, unaffordability of houses due to the rising cost of construction, patient inflation, poor housing financing scheme in the country, among others. The Bank was set up by, 657 shareholders with a sum of Birr,056 million subscribed and Birr 521.5 million paid- up capitals. Position 1 – Attorney
Qualification & Experience Minimum of LLB Degree in Law and 3 years of related work experience.
Experience in Banking Sector is profitable.

Qualification & Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 3 years of experience in Banking operations area.

Position 3 – Swift Officer
Qualification & Experience Minimum of BA Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting and Finance or business related field of study with 3 years of experience in International Banking activities and experience in swift is desirable.
