The company operates a cement plant that has been in operation since mid-January 2017. The plant currently has the capacity to produce 3,000 tons of clinker, which equates to 1.2 million tons of cement annually when operating at full capacity.

Position 1: Cashier
Education: Diploma or Level IV in Accounting or a related field
Experience: 0–1 year
Number of Positions: 4
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Duties:
- Collects or receives cash/checks by issuing official receipts and deposits the collected amount safely.
- Processes payments upon approval from authorized personnel.
Position 2: Junior HR Officer
Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field
Experience: 0–1 year

Position 3: Store Keeper
Education: Degree or Diploma in Management or a related field

Responsibilities:
The General Foreman is responsible for coordinating and supervising all project works, crews, and resources, as well as providing daily oversight and guidance to the project teams.
Position 6: Warehouse Head
Education: Management, Accounting, Procurement, or other related fields
