Qualifications:

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with test automation tools, bug tracking systems, and version control platforms

This role is suitable for individuals with strong attention to detail, good customer service skills, and a good understanding of foreign currency exchange processes.
Customer Assistance
Provide excellent service by assisting clients with forex-related questions.
Cash Handling & Record-Keeping
Accurately count, record, and reconcile cash at the start and end of each shift.
Transaction Processing
Check and verify banknotes to prevent counterfeit transactions.
Reporting
Prepare reports on daily transactions, cash balances, and forex trends.
Compliance & Security
Ensure that all transactions are in line with legal and company policies.
