Position 1: Business Analyst

Education
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience and skills
• 2 to 4 years of experience in management accounting or controlling, preferably in the FMCG sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work with ERP systems.

• Advanced Excel skills

Position 2: Site Fleet Controller

Experience and Skills
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in fleet management operations.

• Computer skills: Excel, Word, and knowledge of ERP systems.

• Good command of MS Office.

• Good knowledge of Ethiopian transport and insurance laws.

• Innovative and detail-oriented.

• Strong understanding of planning, order management, transportation, and warehousing.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of commercial and supply chain processes.

• Ability to use advanced logistics tools.

• Ability to influence and maintain collaborative partnerships.

• Financial understanding
Education
• TVET Level 3 in Automotive Engineering or a related field
Special conditions
• Available for 24/7 emergency support.

• Willing to travel frequently within the country and abroad when required.

Position 3: Technician Mechanical

Education
• BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education
Experience and skills required
• 4 years or more of maintenance experience.

• Excellent trouble-shooting skills.

• Good technical knowledge of machines.

• Experience in TPM, with the ability to perform AM activities and train operators.

• Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo

Position 4: Technician Electrical

Education
• BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education
Experience and skills required
• 4 years or more of maintenance experience.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical machine knowledge.

• Experience in TPM, with the ability to execute AM activities and train operators.

• Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo
• Basic education in process automation control.

• Certified to work with low voltage.

• Mastery of LOTO procedures.

• Good skills and understanding of technical drawings (AutoCAD/PID, Wiring diagrams)

Position 5: Forklift Truck Operator

Education
• TVET background or High School completion
Experience and skills required
• 1 year or more in logistics
• A valid FLT driver’s license or certificate is mandatory.
• Fluent in the local language
• Experience with barcode scanning and using handheld terminals or RF devices (if WMS is applicable)
