Position 1 Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience One or More Years of Work Experience from any recognized organization.

Position 2 Customer Service Officer
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience Two( 2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 3 Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field
Experience Three( 3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
