Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or a related field.
Experience:
• Two (2) years of experience in banking operations.
Knowledge of IFB is an advantage.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or a related field.
Experience:
• Three (3) years of experience in banking.
IFB training certification is an advantage.

Qualification:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, banking and finance, or a related field.
Experience:
• Six (6) years and eight (8) years of relevant experience for a master's and a bachelor's, respectively, with two (2) years in supervisory roles.
• IFB training certification is an advantage.

Position 6: Director, Strategy & Transformation
Qualification:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, banking and finance, or a related field.
Experience:
• Ten (10) or twelve (12) years of relevant experience for Master’s and Bachelor’s, respectively, with four (4) years in a managerial position related to strategy, business development, CRM, and branch operations.
• IFB training certification is mandatory.
