Position 1: Senior Customer Service Officer  

Purpose of the Job:  
To receive and process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchanges, accurately and efficiently.
To sort, bundle, and store cash notes according to their denomination. To maintain an organized cash drawer and ensure proper cash balancing at the end of each operational day. To follow cash handling policies and procedures to minimize errors and inconsistencies. To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. To enhance customer attraction, satisfaction, and retention through excellent service delivery, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and delivering financial service products to both existing and potential customers, while improving the efficiency of branch operations and resource use.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:  
- Ensure that all necessary stationery items for daily business operations are available.

- Coach and coordinate the work of customer service officers within the branch.

- Monitor service quality against customer expectations.

- Facilitate the delivery of efficient and high-quality service to customers in accordance with set standards.

- Ensure that all branch transactions are carried out accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure the principle of permissibility is followed.

- Ensure all daily transactions are properly completed.

- Ensure that unauthorized and unaudited daily transactions are properly authorized and audited.

- Strictly manage the vault cash, both local currency and foreign currency.

Qualifications:  
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, management, economics, or a related field.

Experience:  
- Three years of relevant banking experience.

- IFB training certification is an advantage.

Location: Dila, Shashemane, Meti, Sigmo, Mechara  

Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor  

Main Duties and Responsibilities:  
- Authorize transactions initiated by Customer Service Officers, check the accuracy of all transactions, and take corrective action if any irregularities occur.

- Ensure that all books of accounts are balanced, follow up on the reconciliation of suspense accounts, and prepare all financial reports for the branch.

- Keep custody of checks, payment instruments, and passbooks.

- Keep custody of printed check books received from the Branch Manager for distribution to current account holders and ensure their proper delivery.

- Open and manage the Primary Vault jointly with the Branch Manager and manage the Secondary Vault alone.

Qualifications:  
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, management, economics, or a related field.

Experience:  
- Four years of relevant banking experience.

- IFB training certification is an advantage.

Location: Mersa, Manbuk, Shashemane, Sigmo, Harar  

Position 3: Branch Manager I  

Main Duties and Responsibilities:  
- Develop and implement service delivery plans and programs to enhance service excellence and customer experience within the branch.

- Ensure the proper compilation of information for loan and foreign currency requests and submit them to the relevant authorities for further processing and approval.

- Communicate with customer relationship management and other branches to ensure coordination and consistency, create selling and cross-selling opportunities, and assist in answering questions and resolving issues.

- Monitor customer service delivery in the branch and ensure that customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

- Work with the Branch Operations Director to set customer service, operational, and business objectives for the branch.

Qualifications:  
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, management, economics, or a related field.

Experience:  
- Six years of banking operations experience.

- IFB training certification is an advantage.
