Job Summary/ Description for Geography Subject Specialists The position holder (Subject Specialist) is a member of the Education and Technology Team and is responsible for spearheading the process of preparing the subject-specific standardized examination, curricular and adulterous materials interfaced with information technologies, supervising teachers, building the capacity of teachers in his/ her subject area through in-service training to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum using the interfaced materials, and conducting evaluation and researches which would inform the curriculum review process and the in-service training system. The subject specialists report to the Education and Technology Team Coordinator.
