In return, we can offer you a grueling career to develop the skills and competencies you require to become an outstanding consultant and researcher.  The researcher’s duties include preparing proposals, aligning methodologies with research goals, conducting fieldwork and tests when required, using a range of tools to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, writing reports, and presenting findings to management and other stakeholders, and others.  

Position Junior and Senior Researchers/ Consultants

 Job Requirements  

  • At least a master’s degree preferably in research, economics, business administration, development studies, monitoring and evaluation, statistics, data science, business analytics, marketing, public health, and other research-related fields.  

  • Bachelor’s degree holders with exceptional academic performance and talent in research may also apply.  

  • For master’s degree holders, a CGPA of 3.6 or above( of a possible 4.0) or original score at both graduate and undergraduate situations from an estimable and an accredited university.  

  • For applicants with only a bachelor’s degree, a CGPA of 3.8 and over or an original score is required.  

  • Outstanding and broad quantitative and qualitative research expertise  

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills  

  • Fluency in the English language is a must  

  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across brigades  

  • Strong statistical and fine aptitude.  

  • Demonstrated capability with statistical modeling, experimental design,  exploration design,  slice, clustering, data reduction, confidence intervals, testing modeling, or prophetic  modeling  

  • Proficiency in one or more statistical programs, as well as advanced-  position MS Office chops  

  • Capability to communicate the most complex analytics and results in a clear, accessible approach, written and verbal, to both internal and external  guests  

  • Detail-acquainted and largely- organized, suitable to consult on multiple  systems and tasks  contemporaneously, and have a logical mindset  

  • Excellent time  operation and prioritization, suitable to succeed in a fast-paced terrain

Your specific  liabilities include but are not limited to, the following  

  • Design and write exploration proffers by applying valid scientific ways.  

• Consult on offer and study design, guiding  design  brigades on the stylish approach and  ways to address  guests’ exploration  objects and add- value  

  • Develop experimental and other study designs and logical styles.  

  • Design  slice fashion and sample size applicable for each exploration type or ideal.  

  • Develop  exploration methodology, data collection tools, and data collection plan,  

  • Contribute to and share in field material preparation and training of field teams.  

  • Collaborate with other researchers and consultants in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of surveys.  

  • Determine and specify details of exploration systems, including sources of information, procedures to be used, and the design of instruments and accouterments.  

  • Produce attestation of the study instrument development process, data collection methods, sampling designs, and decisions related to sample statistical weighting. 

  • Monitor and evaluate field research progress and performance. 

  • Review, classify, and clean data in preparation for computer analysis.  

  • Train field researchers on research protocols and tools.  

  • Write training manuals and protocols for field researchers.  

  • Prepare a data analysis plan.  

  • Process large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis, using computers.  

  • Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.  

  • Interpret and analyze data using applicable statistical and qualitative data analysis software or support interpretation and presentation of research results in a visual and  poignant client-friendly fashion  

  • Write research reports and present findings to clients and other stakeholders  

  • Respond to research questions, troubleshoot problems, develop and write advanced research protocols, monitor ongoing projects, and propose and implement changes.  

  • Propose techniques to ameliorate research quality and team productivity.  

  • Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data.  

  • Adapt statistical methods to solve specific research problems in numerous fields.  

  • Evaluate sources of information, statistical styles, and procedures used to obtain data to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability; and ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.  

  • Provide strategic consulting on complex quantitative projects.  

  • Guide study design, including sample plan, questionnaire, etc.  

  • Support design and execution of advanced analysis plan, including performing different statistical analyses required.  

  • Stay up-to-date on the rearmost logical techniques and their applicable applications; and share them with internal teams, as well as clients.
