Position 1: Junior IT Officer
Job Requirement
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0 years of experience (only 2024 & 2025 graduates may apply)
- Applicants must pass the public exit examination
- CGPA 3.00 and above for males; 2.75 and above for females
- Age Below 30

Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1
Job Requirement
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations
Place of Work Branches under the Addis Ababa area
Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade 1 (IFB)
Job Requirement
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in an administrative position
Place of Work: IFB Branches under the Addis Ababa area
Position 4: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Job Requirement
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
6 years of experience in banking operations, including 2 years in an administrative position
Place of Work Branches under the Addis Ababa area
Place of Work Branches under all districts except the Dire Dawa district
Salary As per the Bank’s Scale
