Position 1: Management Assistant
Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Service Management
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience

Position 2: Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Civil
Required Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or any related field
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, estimating, and valuing

Place of Work: Adama and Debre Birhan District Office
Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1
Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or any related field
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations

Place of Work: Assasa Branch
Position 4: Senior MIS Officer
Required Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Systems with a focus on business-related studies (an added advantage)
• Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related roles
• Significant experience in building data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks
• Experience in designing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and lakehouse architectures
• Strong understanding of data modeling, partitioning, optimization, and storage formats
• Practical experience applying, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models to resolve business issues
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying applications that use Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures to solve business problems
• Familiarity with model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices
• Experience in creating dashboards, analytical reports, and data visualizations using various Business Intelligence (BI) platforms

Position 5: Branch Manager – Grade – 1
Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other related business fields
• Experience: 6 years of work experience in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role

Place of Work: Yabelo Branch
