Shortly, we will start a new business line. Our company currently wants to employ very competitive and energetic inferior staff in the following vacant positions for the new business line;
Position Customer Handling Junior Officer
Education Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Economics and related fields.
Experience Fresh graduate/ Two years of total work Experience in Similar and related Business companies
Specific Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
• Handle all customers related issues
• Sell company’s services
• Process orders and transactions
• Deliver information about a company’s offerings
• Provide visionary customer outreach
• Handle customer complaints
• Collect and analyze customer feedback
• Respond to customer reviews
• Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
Competence
• Comprehensive knowledge of promotional strategies
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• strong research and strategic analysis skills
• Business Intelligence
• Industry/ market knowledge and expertise
