Position: Learning Designer and Developer
Education BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or other related fields. Certification in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, and Video Editing and Animation Specialist is advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience.
Job Objective
To ensure eLearning content development, including analysis, design, development, and implementation of the loftiest quality, innovative digital literacy for BOA employees.
Main duties and responsibilities
Create gamified, responsive, interactive, and engaging online content using programming languages similar to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other techniques.
Design and develop eLearning content using authoring tools and multimedia technologies like Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other related tools.
Unite with brigades in the design, development, and testing of educational accouterments and online courses.
Review and test new and revised class immolations from other platoon members, furnishing feedback and suggestions for enhancement; contribute to new class or program ideas.
Administer and manage tasks on the Learning Management System and digital depository.
Support the perpetration of stoner experience design principles and stylish practices for creating stoner-friendly online literacy interfaces.
Produce innovative plates and illustrations using applicable software operations to produce visually appealing designs. Laboriously work on videotape products, including videotape recording both in the thee-studio and in the field.
Duly manage and control multimedia-studio outfit and conditioning for effective and effective application.
Fantasize and apply storyboards as per educational design principles, methodologies, and conditions.
Develop eLearning content and other conditioning within defined timelines, specified reaches, and quality norms.
Effectively communicate and unite with other sectors and departments to enhance the proper application and perpetration of the literacy program.
Explore and borrow arising eLearning technologies and global stylish practices to enhance the digital literacy experience at the Bank of Abyssinia.
Upload different literacy and development coffers on the Learning Management System and other systems as per the standard and format.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the administrator.
