Position 1: Digital Banking Innovation Officer
Required Qualification
BA Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, MIS, IT or related fields or related fields.
Work Experience
A Minimum of 2 years experience as a Digital Banking Innovation Officer or applicable position in the banking industry.
The Digital Banking Innovation Officer is responsible for driving innovation and creativity within the bank. The Digital Banking Innovation Officer shall participate in the Planning, Organizing, leading, and Overseeing of the Digital Banking Innovation process of the Bank. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital banking products, services, and processes.

Position 2: Manager, Digital Banking Innovation Division
Required Qualification
MSC, MA, BSC, BA Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Economics, MIS, IT or related fields of study
Work Experience
9 years of experience in applicable positions in the banking industry of which 2 years as Principal Digital Banking Innovation Officer, Principal Digital Channels Officer, Principal Mobile & Internet Banking Officer, or original position
The Digital Banking Innovation Manager is responsible for driving innovation and creativity within the digital banking sector. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital banking products, services, and processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be a creative thinker, and possess excellent communication and project management abilities.

Position 3:Senior Compliance Officer
Education
BA) in Accounting, Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience 5 years of experience in applicable position in the banking industry of which 2 years as a financial risk officer or related
The elderly Compliance Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the bank’s compliance activities to ensure adherence to all nonsupervisory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves conducting compliance assessments, advising on nonsupervisory matters, and providing guidance to inferior compliance staff. The elderly Compliance Management Officer plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the bank against legal, fiscal, and reputational risks by ensuring a robust compliance framework is in place.
