Position 1: Customer Service Officer I 

Education 
Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies. 
Experience Requirement 
 1( One) Years applicable experience in a Bank 
Competencies Required 
 • Understands the introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services. 
 • Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures. 
 • Ability to respond to introductory customer inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests. 
 • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system 
Duty station Bonga, Hossaena 

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer 

Educations 
Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or affiliated fields of studies. 
Experience Requirement 
 5 (Five) years of applicable experience in a Bank 

Competencies Required 
 • Understands the introductory mechanisms of general fiscal products and services. 
 • Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures. 
 • Ability to respond to introductory customer inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests. 
 • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system 
 Duty station Bonga 

Position 3 s: tar, Banking Business Officer 

Required Qualification 
MSC, MA, BSC, BA Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or other related fields of studies. 
Required Experience 
Minimum of seven( 7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One( 2) Years as an elderly Customer Services Officer or applicable position. 
Duty station Addis Ababa 

Position 4: Branch Manager I 

Required Qualification 
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other affiliated fields of studies.

Required Experience 
Minimum of seven( 7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One( 1) Year as Customer Services Manager or original part. 
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/ he will also coordinate the sales business development efforts of the branch.
