Position 1: Receptionist (Secretary)
Education: A bachelor's degree in office administration, secretarial science, marketing management, business management, or any related field.
Relevant Experience

Main Role of the Job Holder
• The job holder will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression for the organization.
Required Skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Position 2: Website Administrator
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or any related field.
Relevant Experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
Main Role of the Job Holder
• The job holder will maintain, manage, and optimize a website to ensure it functions securely, quickly, and smoothly for all users.
This includes both the technical back-end (servers and code) and the front-end presentation.
Required Skills
• Proven experience in website development, administration, maintenance, or content management.

Position 3: Software Developer
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, network engineering, or a related field.

• The main role of the job holder is to identify and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and performance issues.
Required Skills
• Ability to configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or any related field.
Relevant Experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

• The main role of the job holder is to develop and deliver user training programs, workshops, and hands-on learning sessions.
Required Skills
• Capability to plan and deliver user training, workshops, demonstrations, and orientation sessions.

Position 6: Senior ICT Officer
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or any related field.
Relevant Experience
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
Main Role of the Job Holder
• The job holder will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and applications.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, operating systems, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
