Position 1 Reward and Employee Service Officer
Qualification BA in Management/ Business Management/ Public Administration or any other related fields
Experience 3 years of applicable banking experience of one/ 1 year in an officer position.

Position 2 Senior Collateral Valuator
QualificationB.Sc. in Engineering or any other related fields.
Experience 5 (five) years of applicable experience preferably in the Banking Industry of which 2 years on an officer position.
Purpose of the Job To support effective credit decision-making of the Bank by ensuring accurate and fair valuation of property pledged for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines

Position 3 Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and other related fields.
Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of applicable banking experience of which at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operation position.
Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross-dealing the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer connections to maximize resource mobilization sweats; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.

Qualification 8th Grade Complete
Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military/ Police service OR Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade Complete

Purpose of the Job To support the Bank’s operation by maintaining the safety and security of the association and its personnel and ensuring secured customer services in a welcoming environment.
