Position 1: Security Guard – I( Female)
Qualification 8th Grade Complete
Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military/ Police service OR Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade Complete
Experience 4/ four years of experience as a lady searcher
Age Between 25- 50
Purpose of the Job To support the Bank’s operation via maintaining security and security of the organization and its personnel, and ensuring secured customer services with a welcoming environment.

Position 2: Internal Control Officer I
Qualification BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance and Economics, Marketing Management or any other associated fields
Experience 2/ two years of applicable banking experience
Age Between 25- 50
Purpose of the Job To ensure that the general department banking operation is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures, applicable laws, and rules by conducting a procedural audit on the branch; and to contribute to guaranteeing the inner management system of the Bank Place of Work Teppi
Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other associated fields.
Experience 7 years of related expertise within the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of related banking experience of which at least 2 years as an elderly Officer in a banking operation place.
Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank via cross-promoting the Bank’s merchandise & services; buying & retaining clients, improving buyer providers and constructing strong buyer relationships to maximize resource mobilization efforts; managing total retail banking operations on the assigned branch.
