Bisrate Gebriel International School invites qualified applicants for the following job positions. Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing young minds? We're seeking enthusiastic and caring Kindergarten Teachers to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal part in the foundational years of our students’ learning journey.
Position 1: Kindergarten Main Teachers
Educational Qualification A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a B.Ed. with a focus on early childhood, or a related field is required.
Language Proficiency Fluency in English with excellent verbal and spoken communication skills.
Experience A minimum of 2- 3 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten or early childhood education setting in a private school is preferred.
Position 2: Primary and High School Teachers
Educational Qualification A master’s degree or a B.Ed. in any teaching field is required. Language Proficiency Fluency in English with excellent verbal and spoken communication skills.
Experience A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a private academy setting is required, with a proven track record of student success.
Position 3: School Science Laboratory Technician
Educational Requirement A B.Ed. degree in one of the three sciences( Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) is required.
Specialized Expertise Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within an educational institution, with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
Position 4: Pedagogy Center Officer
Educational Requirement A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fine trades, Woodwork, Steelwork, or a related field from a specialized college is required.
Experience Applicable experience in creating educational resources, with a background in pedagogy or curriculum development preferred. Leadership or directorial experience is highly desirable.
Position 5: Human Resource Officer
Educational Requirement A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within a school- based environment, is highly desirable.
Position 6: School Director
Educational Requirement A master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required. A B.Ed. combined with significant leadership experience may also be considered.
Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or management, with a proven track record of driving academic success and managing school operations.
Position 7: Division Vice Director
Educational Qualification A master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required. A B.Ed. combined with significant leadership experience may also be considered.
Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably in a private school setting. Experience as a Vice Director, Principal, or similar role is highly desirable.
