Position 1: Director of Sustainability Department  

Education 

Master’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management, Environmental Engineering, Development Economics, Project Management, Macro Economic Forecasting and Modelling, Environmental and Natural Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Finance, Social Studies or a related field. 

Certification in ESG or sustainability frameworks is a plus.

Work Experience 

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in sustainability and sustainability related jobs is required. 
  • Preferably 
  • Proven experience in project or program management and policy- driven work across a wide spectrum of sustainable development issues is essential. 
  • Hands- on experience in implementing, monitoring, or evaluating sustainable development initiatives is required. 
  • Expertise in research and analysis, monitoring and reporting, specialized assistance, capacity building, or premonitory services related to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals( SDGs) is a must. 
  • Experience supporting intergovernmental bodies in the field of sustainable development is an advantage. 
  • Experience in organizing and delivering capacity- building activities and training programs is highly desirable. 
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and in leadingcross-functional teams is required.  

Required Competencies 

  • In- depth knowledge of crucial ESG frameworks  similar as GRI, TCFD, and SASB. 
  • Strong understanding of sustainable finance products, including green finance, ESG- linked loans, and social impact investments. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ESG nonsupervisory frameworks, similar as Basel III, IFRS, and the UN SDGs, with a strong focus on compliance standards. 
  • complete in analyzing sustainability data to drive improvements in ESG performance. 
  • expansive experience in developing detailed ESG reports that adhere to  transnational reporting standards. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sustainability initiatives and managecross-functional projects effectively. 
  • Strong capability to engage and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including NGOs, nonsupervisory bodies, and investors.

Position 2: ESG threat and Compliance Expert  

Education 

  • Master’s degree in risk management, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management, Environmental and Natural Resources, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Business Leadership, Economics, Social Studies, or related fields. 
  • Certifications in ESG compliance, risk management, or sustainability frameworks are a plus

Work Experience 

  • A minimum of five years of experience in risk management or compliance within financial institutions or commercial sectors.  

Required Competencies 

  • Deep understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, frameworks, and regulations, including familiarity with global standards similar as the UN SDGs, GRI, SASB, and TCFD. 
  • Strong background in risk management, particularly in identifying, assessing, and mitigating ESG- related risks across  colorful aspects of banking operations and products. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of original and  transnational ESG regulations and reporting requirements, with the ability to ensure ongoing compliance and adapt to nonsupervisory changes. 
  • Excellent data analysis capabilities to assess ESG risks, track performance metrics, and produce detailed reports that inform decision- making and risk management strategies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to manage ESG risks and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Education 

  • Master’s degree in development economics, Economics, Macro Economic Forecasting and Modelling, Environmental and Natural coffers, Business Administration, Business Leadership, or a related field.

Work Experience 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within the financial services or commercial sector.

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Developmental Economics, Agricultural Economics/ Engineering or related fields of study.
