Its institution are often derived back to 1994G.C with the inspiration of DandiiBoru preschool and first college. Being its main field in New Flower, domestically referred to as WelloSefer, it enlarged its branches to completely different regions of the country. thence in Oromia region, it found at Nekemte, Shambu, Ambo, Bedele and Jimma. In Ethiopian region, it found at Dessie and in BenishangulGumuz regional state, it found at Assosa and in New Flower at welloSefer. Except the Beddele branch, all the branch schools were established in 1996E.C. afterwards the Bedelle branch was established a year later in 1997 E.C.

The school, although young for its age, has created exceptional and many-sided progress within the teaching and learning processes. Hence, since its institution, it's been giving completely different instructional and skilled trainings from certificate to degree level in distance, regular and extension programs and has thus far graduated over twenty,000 professionals in varied fields of studies.

In all its branches, the faculty has established its own learning campuses (buildings) fulfilling basic infrastructures and learning facilities. • Qualification – MA/MSc or higher than in social science, Development social science, Rural Development or connected field of study
• First Degree should be in social science
