Position 1: Regional Trade Activation Supervisor
Required Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or original
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience preferably in the FMCG environment.
Experience in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
original language is required crucial competency & Behavioral Skill
Demonstrate a successful track record in terms of market share capture, market penetration, brand building, customer service and satisfaction, and volume growth.
Ideally suitable to demonstrate successes in leading, building and developing a team • IT literacy and the ability to handle electronic data;( Advanced word and excel skills)
Fluent in Amharic and a strong command of written and spoken English Location Mekelle, Gondar, Arbaminch, Adama,
Position 2: Accountant
Required Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum of 3 Years accounting experience in FMCG industry
Computer knowledgeable (MS Office, Accounting packages) Key competency & Behavioral Skill
Active in Team Work
Self- Motivation & Determination.
Good Understanding of Company’s Policy & Procedures & Most importantly Tax Laws • Attention to details and problem working
Outstanding numeracy skills
Positive Thinking
Good communications and Interpersonal skills.

Position 3: Route to Consumer( RTC) Manager
Required Qualification & Experience
BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related fields.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience preferably in the FMCG environment.
Key competencies
Demonstrate a successful track record in terms of request share capture, market penetration, brand structure, client service and satisfaction, and volume growth.
First Line Sales Management in a major consumer goods company ideal.
Strong marketable awareness.
high degree of self- motivation and drive
Ideally suitable to demonstrate successes in leading, building and developing a team
IT knowledge and the ability to handle electronic data;( Advanced word and excel skills)
Fluent in Amharic and a strong command of written and spoken English
