Elsabi Small Financial Institution is a financial institution established by the National Bank of Ethiopia with a capital of one hundred million Birr( Birr) by Decree No. 626/2001E.C on the Establishment of Small Financial Institutions. The institution is providing accessible and effective services through its branches. Elsabi is providing sustainable financial services to communities that can not access banking services( small entrepreneurs and small farmers, women, youth, etc.).
Position 1 Risk And Internal Audit Head
Education and Work Experience BA Degree in Accounting/ Auditing 3 years working in microfinance, banking, and insurance or related.
• Experience in Micro Finance Institutions is an asset. Prepares periodic internal audit plans and work schedules; Identifies risk-prone financial, procurement, and functional areas to properly address during the review to set priority, determines audit program to be used, techniques to be applied, sampling techniques to be used, and sample size to be covered.

Education and Work Experience College Diploma in Accounting/ Level IV in Accounting, 2 years ’ related work experience (Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset)

Position 3 Saving and Credit Officer
Education and Work Experience Degree, College Diploma or Level IV( COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management, 0 years ’ for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4( Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset)

Education and Work Experience BA Degree in Accounting, 1 year related work experience( Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset) ]

Education and Work Experience BA Degree/ College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking, and Finance or original Combination of education and work experience, A minimum of 2 years’ expansive experience in the affiliated field( Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset)
• Experience in microfinance Institutions is an asset.
