Position: Logistics Officer – Fleet Controller  

Educational Background  
- A degree in IT, transport management, computer science, or related fields is required.

Experience  
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.

Required Skills  
- Good computer skills  
- Strong communication skills  
- Willingness to work night shifts  

Key Responsibilities  
Driver and Vehicle Safety  
- Track risky routes by working with Sales and Hatchery Logistics and inform drivers when to avoid them.

- Identify and report any non-compliance with safe and optimized route recommendations.

- Respond to panic button alerts from AGP drivers.

- Review flagged driver distraction videos and overspeed events to notify managers and hatchery staff of unsafe behavior.

Monitoring and Compliance  
- Monitor fuel sensors to prevent fuel theft and fraud.

- Ensure drivers do not make unnecessary stops.

- Investigate and support any unexpected long stops during a route.

- Prevent non-AGP staff from using AGP vehicles.

- Work with Hatchery Logistics staff to arrange re-training or disciplinary actions if needed.

- Track vehicle departure and return times to provide accurate availability data to the routing team.

Data Management  
- Track and match dispatch times with data recorded by the Hatchery.

- Keep the software solution updated with vehicle details, such as plate numbers, driver names, and phone numbers.

- Set up and maintain daily and weekly reports for leadership.

- Collaborate with the software solution to maximize its benefits for the company.

- Perform other tasks as assigned.
