The Area Sales Manager is a crucial role that works close to the market for Ethio Chicken and is primarily responsible and responsible for the selection of new agent growers and more development of existing agents in the Region. The sales manager ensures harmonious, sales growth through appointment agents at each Woreda, deployment, and management, review the performance of sales personnel. The position demands a high level of professionalism and relationship skills to influence stakeholders. It requires ferocious travel in the territory for monitoring and sales maximization. This position is performed with little supervision and requires initiative, high energy, and judgment, harmonious empty for results.
Position 1 Human Resources Officer
Education
• BA degree in Management, Business Administration Human Resources, or a related field of study.
• Proven skill in administration and mortal resources management.
Experience

Job Summary
• Maintain updated staff information and updated personnel files.
• Work with the hiring managers and General Service in preparing office space, computers, and other applicable equipment before the arrival of the new staff.
• Work with supervisors in setting up individual exposure programs for all newly hired staff.
• Provide orientation on HR policies and procedures.
• Pension ensure that each hand has completed all pension formalities and obtained a pension ID card

Position 2 Personal Assistant to Chief of Staff

• 0 years of work experience. We're seeking a highly organized, effective, and discreet particular Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to our Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will be complete at managing schedules, handling communications, and facilitating smooth diurnal operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They will be complete in executive tasks, demonstrating a unique blend of interpersonal, organizational, and strategic skills.
Key Responsibilities
- executive SupportManage the Chief of Staff’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Communication Management Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Chief of Staff. This includes managing emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence, ensuring timely responses and discretion.
- Document Preparation and ManagementPrepare, organize, edit and maintain documents and reports. Assist in the creation of presentations and briefing materials. Maintained filing systems, managed databases, and ensured the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Meeting CoordinationOrganize and coordinate meetings, including venue arrangements, attendee invitations, and outfit setup. Take minutes during meetings and distribute them afterward.
- Travel ArrangementsPlan and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and original transportation. Anticipate and handle travel-related issues or emergencies.
- Confidentiality Maintain strict confidentiality on all business matters. Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Special ProjectsAssist in colorful projects as directed by the Chief of Staff, which may include event planning, research, or other executive tasks.
- Liaison Duties Act as a point of contact between the Chief of Staff and other staff members or external partners.
