Position 1 – Data Analyst  

Job Description  

We're looking for a professed and team- oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for being a focal person between Kaizen and Client. The candidate will be responsible for implementing a variety of tools and approaches to process, interpret, organize, and transform data throughout the engagement. Will work closely with the Solution Architect and the Systems Analyst to develop the data analytics component of any solution that's created  

Qualifications & Experience minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a affiliated quantitative field.  

Experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Management  Excellent problem- solving, Sound logical and  logical reasoning and numerical skills  Excel proficiency and knowledge of querying languages  moxie in data visualization and data analytics techniques  suitable to explain, communicate and present complex specialized concepts to clients and business partners.

Position 2 – Solutions Architect  

Job Description  

We're looking for a  professed and team- oriented Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of use cases that are prioritized for proof- of- concept development, including leveraging expertise on  colorful digital platforms to make recommendations on the stylish tools or software. Will design solution architectures and  apply these designs and with the team to design database structures and configure or develop tools or other.

Position 3 – Systems Analyst

The candidate will help support strategy development for the Client’s digital transformation, review and assess how effective the current system is and build plans for improvement.  

Qualifications & Experience  Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field  Experience in Systems Analysis, Software Development life cycle, Analytics or Systems Development  Strong  logical and problem- solving skills.  

High proficiency in specialized writing and excellent communication skills.

Position 4 – Learning Analytics Specialist  

Job Description  

We're seeking a Learning Analytics Specialist based in Addis Ababa to support the delivery and innovation of learning, monitoring, and evaluation( LME) efforts for the Ethiopia Learning Analytics Activity( LAA). Engages directly with Mission offices, leading and coordinating hands- on work with LAA staff to assemble evidence and conduct analysis that informs learning. The Learning Analytics Specialist reports to the Addis- based Learning Analytics Director.  

Qualifications & Experience  Bachelor’s degree with eight years ’ experience in training, facilitation, CLA/ M&E, or in related duties and responsibilities. Experience working in collaboration, learning, and adapting( CLA) space specifically, sharing and using stylish practices and emerging trends in CLA, training, and facilitation.  

Client services and skills in both internal and external  purposeful collaborations and cooperation.  Ability to articulate knowledge and good practices to anon-expert audience.  Ability in relationship building and  mortal- centered management approach.

Position 5 – Security and Logistics Specialist  

Job Description  

Kaizen, A Tetra Tech Company is seeking an Ethiopia based Security and Logistics Specialist to manage day- to- day safety and security concerns across all aspect of the USAID/ Ethiopia Learning Analytics Activity( LAA). The Security and Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to Kaizen’s security policies and stylish practices and will ensure that the Activity follows USAID’s and original government policies, procedures, and regulations. The Security and Logistics Specialist will report to the Chief of Party and collaborate closely with Kaizen’s DC- based Program Management Unit( PMU), as well as the Activity elderly Leadership Team in Addis Ababa  

Qualifications & Experience  BA degree in applicable field preferred.  Five years of experience and practical knowledge of security/ safety- related subjects, threat/ risk assessment, security management, and  particular/ organizational security awareness.  Proven experience working effectively in complex security environments.  

Experience with a USAID- funded or other  transnational association implementing a program operating in insecure areas desired.  Strong ability to deploy and use  colorful forms of personnel and vehicle tracking.  

Develop security management and movement  shadowing systems.  

Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.  

Problem solving, stress management and time management skills are required.  

Excellent record keeping and documentation skills are required.  Working knowledge of  ultramodern specialized security systems, security standards and procedures within Ethiopia.  

Experience of working in a conflict environment is a plus.  

Fluency in one or  more of the original languages used in Ethiopia required, fluency in multiple original languages preferred.

Fluency in English required.  

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with institutional and private sector partners and stakeholders, including the  public government.

Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training.  Strong  logical skills and ability to produce high- quality written reports with  minimum/ no supervision or support, including Threat, Risk, and Vulnerability Assessments, Security Surveys, Security Audits, and Contingency Planning.
