Position 1: HR Officer 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mortal resource management, Management, or Business Administration or related fields of study. 
Minimum of 4 years( for Bachelor’s) or 2 years( for Master’s) directly applicable experience in mortal resource management, recruitment, selection, and employee relations in a dynamic, digital system, and complex working environment. Experience in a transnational organization is an advantage.

Position 2: Senior Finance Officer 

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized University in Accounting or Accounting & Finance with 6 years or 4 years of applicable experience respectively 
minimal 2- 3 years experience as Sr. Finance Officer/ Sr. Receivables Officer in Gov’t, Donor Gov’t Bilateral & Multilateral organizations, International/ Local NGO or applicable professional experience 
Special Training- Computer knowledge in MS Office( Excel, Word, particularly QuickBooks, etc.) 

Previous knowledge of Automated Accounting systems like Agresso ERP/ Oracle- IFMIS is an asset 
Knowledge of the original laws of the country

largely developed interpersonal and communication skills 
Ability and willingness to work long hours and work with other staff 
Fluency in English Amharic and/ or other Ethiopian languages is highly desired

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education Master's degree in Agriculture/ Agricultural economics/ Agribusiness management Agricultural Marketing, Cooperatives marketing, with specialization in crop production, Livestock production irrigation, horticulture, crop protection, agronomy, factory science, or another applicable field 
At least 4 years experience in agriculture or Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Marketing, Cooperatives Marketing, Cooperatives business management, or Crop production and/ or protection capacity building, seed marketing, extension and outreach services in agronomy, horticulture, irrigation, and input supply value chains.

Required Qualification and Experience 
Education MA/ MSC IN Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, management, Development Economics, Agribusiness, or other applicable fields. 
Experience At least 6 years of work experience in either one or further of the following consulting, strategy, business development/ management/ administration, program/ project coordination, investment facilitation, agribusiness, commercial finance, stakeholder management.

Duties and Responsibilities 
Capacitate ATI Supported Agrarian Firms for better Integration and sustainability. 
Manage communications and coordination with ATI project teams, Indigenous partners, and outsourced BDS providers to ensure effective planning, implementation, and Networking activities. 
Own and manage work sluice to ensure timely delivery of support to ATI Supported Agricultural enterprises. 
Responsible for compiling, analyzing, reporting, and assuming implicit risks for effective project implementation 
Documentation of effective methodologies & tools, and development of a network of partners and service providers
