Position 1: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
EMPLOYMENT TYPE FIXED TERM CONTRACT
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma inn Office Administration, Secretarial science & Office Management/ Customer contact & Secretarial operation/ Secretarial science with a minimum of 7 years of applicable experience.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Responsible for diurnal document management services and reporting on the documents management and control systems.
- Proficiency in using advanced document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) for organizing, tracking, and archiving project documents.
- Experience in managing documentation for large- scale airport projects, including compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.
- Expertise in establishing and maintaining document control procedures, ensuring accurate and effective handling of all project documents.
- Skills in managing version control to ensure that all stakeholders have access to the most current and accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in methodical record- keeping, ensuring that all project records are properly filed and fluently retrievable. Ability to perform quality checks on documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards. Position 2: WET UTILITIES ENGINEER- INFRASTRUCTURE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE FIXED TERM CONTRACT
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in Civil Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of applicable experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of wet utilities, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Expertise in global standards for water force, wastewater, and stormwater management systems( e.g., ASCE, AWWA, FIDIC).
- Proven track record in designing and implementing wet utilities systems for large- scale airport projects.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modelling software( e.g., EPANET, SWMM, Water CAD) for effective water distribution and drainage.
- Experience ineco-friendly and sustainable water management practices, including rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling. Thorough understanding of environmental regulations, aviation norms, and infrastructure codes related to wet utilities. professed in coordinating with civil, structural, and environmental teams to ensure flawless integration of wet utilities into the overall airport infrastructure.
- Expertise in overseeing the installation and testing of wet utilities systems, ensuring quality and safety.
- Ability to address complex design and construction challenges related to water systems in a high- capacity field setting.

Position 3 OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
EMPLOYMENT TYPE FIXED TERM CONTRACT
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BA/ BSC in Office Administration, Secretarial science & Office Management/ Customer contact & Secretarial operation/ Secretarial science or any business-affiliated field of study with a minimum of 15 years of applicable experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee the day- to- day functioning of the office, ensuring that executive processes run smoothly.
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage communication channels, similar as phone calls and emails.
- Supervise office staff, including pastoral and executive personnel.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.
- Manage data entry and other record- keeping tasks.

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of mechanical workshop, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in global mechanical engineering standards (ASHRAE, ISO, ICAO) applicable to airport infrastructure. expansive experience in designing and implementing large- scale HVAC systems for airport terminals, hangars, and support facilities.
- Expertise in the design of airport-specific plumbing systems and fire protection, including sprinkler systems and emergency response protocols.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-effective mechanical systems, including LEED- certified designs.
- Proven track record in the design and integration of technical airport systems, similar as baggage handling systems( BHS), passenger boarding islands, and jet fuel systems.

Position 5: HIGHWAY & RAILWAY ENGINEER
EMPLOYMENT TYPE FIXED TERM CONTRACT
- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BSC in Civil Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of applicable experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of highway & railway works, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Expertise in global standards( AASHTO, UIC, EN, etc.) for highway and road infrastructure, particularly in field settings.
- Proven experience in designing roadways and rail systems that integrate seamlessly with airport operations, including access roads, taxiways, and transit links.
- Knowledge of designing transportation systems that grease smooth transitions between different modes of trip( road, rail, air) within the airport.
- Strong chops in traffic flow analysis, planning, and management to ensure effective movement of passengers and goods.
- Proficiency in designing durable pavements for heavy airport traffic, with experience in maintenance strategies to minimize dislocations.

Position 6: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
EMPLOYMENT TYPE FIXED TERM CONTRACT
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in Electrical Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of applicable experience, out of which 5 years in Airport.
- KEY COMPETENCIES
- Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of electrical workshop, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in global electrical standards( NEC, IEC, ICAO) for field structure. Expertise in designing and managing complex airport power distribution networks, including backup systems, UPS, and redundancy measures.
- Experience in the design and implementation of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) systems, icing compliance with aviation safety standards.
- Familiarity with the electrical requirements of field-specific systems similar as baggage handling systems (BHS), Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB), and communication systems.
- Knowledge of energy-effective electrical systems and sustainable design practices, including renewable energy integration.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety codes, fire protection systems, and nonsupervisory compliance for field environments.
