As Director of Food and Beverage you ’ll lead and direct food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience. Always following government regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements. This is the top food and beverage job in a large business hotel. Supervises numerous employees in primary food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and banquet and convention facilities. Oversees multiple managers and supervisors.

Position Director of Food & Beverage
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A Minimum of BA Degree in Food and Beverage Service Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management Hotel and Tourism Management or any other related field of studies from accredited College university with minimum of 12 years experience out of which two years as Manager/ original capacity in4/5 star hotels. OR A Minimum of MA Degree in Food and Beverage Service Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management Hotel and Tourism Management or any other related field of studies from accredited College university with minimum of 10 years experience out of which two years as Manager/ original capacity in 4/5 star hotels.
