Position 1: Public Health Experimenter – Adviser
Educational Qualifications
Essential
• Alternate level university degree in health and/ or nutrition
• Expertise in public health research.
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and report writing.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desirable
• Specialization in database administration( client and server side), SPSS, STATA, R, or Power BI certified.
• Evaluation Criteria
• The FHI 360/ community nutrition evaluation panel will review the Offeror’s proposal to determine acceptability. The evaluation will be out of 100, 75 specialized, and 25 financial sections. The evaluation panel will make a final determination of acceptability in meeting the conditions described in this solicitation work statement.

Position 2: Country Director
Education
• Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent
• Civil Society, Communication and Social Marketing, Economic Development, Education, the Environment, Gender, Health, Nutrition, Research, Technology, and Youth or Related Fields.
• Project Management( PM) Certification preferred.
Experience
• Typically requires 15 years of applicable experience with project management principles and practices (including 10 years of department-level strategic leadership, strong business acumen, and/ or line management experience).
• complete with applicable rules, regulations, and policies associated with international development and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
• Demonstrated experience in sector-specific multi-sector project management and implementation.
• Demonstrated strategic planning, staff development, and capacity-building experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex systems that are strategic in nature and public/ international in scope.
Typical Physical Demands
• Typical office environment.
• Ability to spend long hours looking at computer screens and doing repetitious work on a keyboard.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
Technology to be Used
• particular Computer/ Laptop, Microsoft applications (i.e., Office 365, SharePoint, Skype/ Zoom/ Teams), cell phone/ mobile technology, and standard office equipment.

Position 3: Graphic and Layout developer
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Creative art, or a related field.
• More than 10 times of experience in layout and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software similar as Adobe Creative Suite( Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout principles, color proposition, and typography.
• Experience in creating visual content for both print and digital platforms.
• Attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of imprinting guidelines and stylish practices.
Selection Criteria
• Specialized experience 70
o former direct work experience in design and layout at health areas at development organization 20
o Quality of sample deliverables product of the former work 30
o Reference and recommendation 20
• Financial reasonability 30
