Position 1: Office Engineer
Qualification: Bsc Degree in civil Engineering/ Construction Technology Management

Position 2: Regional Sales Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in a real estate marketing or sales department.

Position 3: Senior Internal Auditor
Qualification: MBA/ BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Auditing
Minimum 5 years of Experience.

Position 4: Senior HR Officer
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field( Master’s degree or HR certifications like SHRM/ PHR are a plus).
Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law( or applicable original laws).
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong logical and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Amharic.

Position 5: Project Cost Optimization Director
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA.
Minimum of 15 years of applicable work in construction or manufacturing costing management, project management, and/ or engineering.
Strong capability to be suitable to align cooperation across functions and brigades.
Analytical mind, problem-solver who's willing to work through ideas and implement practicable solutions.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage and coordinate excitedly.
