Position 1: Chief Project Manager/Project Follow-up, Coordination and Monitoring Division Head
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: BSC/MSC in Civil Engineering or affiliated fields.
Experience: 10/8 years of applicable work experience with a minimum of 4/2 years in follow-up, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects or in a project manager role.

Experience: 6/4 years of applicable work experience in building and infrastructure projects and with a minimum of 4/2 years in office engineering works.

Education: BSC/MSC in Architecture and Urban Planning.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or affiliated field
A master’s degree in management, business administration, leadership, or an analogous discipline is highly favored.
Experience 10-15 years of progressive experience, with significant exposure to
Senior customer-facing leadership roles
Managing complex, emotionally charged customer situations
Cross-functional coordination and problem resolution
Demonstrated strength in
People management and conflict resolution
Persuasion, negotiation, and expectation management
Working closely with elderly executives on sensitive matters
Previous experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or analogous sectors is a strong advantage
