Position 1: Sales Officer
Education: B.A. degree in marketing management, business administration, or an related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the construction or steel industry.
Communication is fluent in English (all introductory skills) with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Specialized skills complete in introductory computer operations and internet marketing.
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Position 2: Store Keeper (Technical)
Education: Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a specialized field (general mechanics background is a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a storekeeper in a heavy manufacturing environment, specifically within a sword mill or foundry.
Specialized Knowledge: Must be familiar with steel-making consumables, refractory bricks, spearing pipes, CCM earth greasepaint, and ferro-silicon/ferro-manganese.
Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical running.
Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational chops and the capability to maintain a clean, “5S” biddable warehouse.
Location: Bishoftu-Dukem (in front of Eastern Industry Zone)
Position 3: Purchaser
Education: B.A. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or construction terrain.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Amharic and English (both written and spoken).
Familiarity with ERP software or advanced Excel for inventory/purchase tracking.
Knowledge of original market dynamics in Addis Ababa, Bishoftu, and Dukem.

Position 4: Lab Technician (Mechanical)
Education: B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering or an affiliated specialized field from a recognized university.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience. (Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and an internship in manufacturing are encouraged to apply).
Specialized Skills
Understanding of the mechanical properties of metals (stress, strain, and yield strength).
Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data logging and reporting.

Specialized Skills: * Strong knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Regulators) and VFD (Variable Frequency Drives).
Ability to read complex artificial wiring schematics.

Position 6: Mechanical Fitter
Education: TVET Level III or IV in General Mechanics, Machine-Tool Technology, or Mechanical Fitting.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a fitter in a heavy manufacturing plant (experience in steel mills or cement factories is highly valued).
Specialized Skills
complete in reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings.
Expertise in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, and dial indicators).
Hands-on experience with hydraulic and curvaceous system maintenance.
particular attributes: strong homemade dexterity, physical strength, and a disciplined approach to preventative maintenance.

Position 7: Welder
Education: TVET Level II or III in Welding and Fabrication or a related specialized field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a heavy artificial or construction setting.
Skills * Mastery of different welding positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
complete in using grinders, torches, and metal cutting tools.
Knowledge of metallurgy and the properties of different steel grades.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in hot environments, wear heavy defensive gear, and stand for long periods.
