Position 1: Customer Service Officer 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
Experience Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required 20 
Duty Station Addis Ababa, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira  

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer 

Qualification BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field 
Experience Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required 11 
Duty Station Addis Ababa, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira 

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor 

Qualification BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related fields. 
Experience Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
People required 11 
Duty Station Addis Ababa, Adama, Semera, Dessie, Mizan, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira 

Position 4: Branch Manager 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
Experience Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience; of which two years of experience in administrative positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
Duty Station Addis Ababa, Adama, Semera, Dessie, Mizan, Gambela, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, & Gatira 

Position 5: Senior Collateral Valuator 

Qualification BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields 
Experience Four (4) years of related experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
Duty Station Head office 

Position 6: Lead Compliance Management 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
Experience Six (6) years of experience in the International Banking area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 7: Lead Property Valuation 

Qualification BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields 
Experience Six (6) years of related experience. Knowledge of IFB will be profitable.

Position 8: District Relationship Manager 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. 
Experience Eight (8) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 
Duty Station Head office

Position 9: Manager, Correspondent Banks, Remittance, and Forex

Qualification Bachelorette’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience Eight (8) years of experience in the International Banking area. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Note 
Training in IFB is Advantageous.
