Position 1: Call Centre Operator
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields
Experience
One( 1) year of experience in a call Centre
Duty station: Head office
Position 2: Digital Financing Officer I
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
Experience
Two (2) years of related Banking experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Duty station: Head office
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
People required 4
Duty station: Addis Ababa, Wolkite, and Butajira
Position 4: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
Two (2) years of banking experience.
IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Number of people required: 6
Duty station Addis Ababa
Position 5: Manager, Digital Channels
Qualification
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
Eight( 8) years for a Master's and ten (10) years for a Bachelor's with applicable experience, of which (4) years of experience in administrative positions of Digital Banking. IFB Certification is advantageous
