Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C., previously known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned company located in Addis Ababa in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone area. Kadisco is a company that traces its origins back to a small automotive parts dealership that was operating on one of the busy streets of Addis Ababa back in the late 60s.
Today, the company produces a full range of paints for the construction, artificial, and automotive sectors. It also produces wood and concrete lacquers as well as adhesives for the wood and leather industry.
Position 1: Production Intern
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
0- 1 year experience( Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong communication chops in English are mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Executive Project Sales
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 years of applicable experience( fieldwork in construction sales is a plus).
Introductory understanding of B2B or project-based sales approaches.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: Executive Retail Sales
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
0 – 1 year of applicable work experience( internships or university fieldwork in sales or marketing is a plus).
Passion for sales and willingness to learn the FMCG and distribution industry.
Required Competencies and Skills
Introductory understanding of deals principles and customer service practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Amenability to travel constantly within assigned regions.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Fluency in Amharic and English.
High motivation to grow into a sales career path.
