KAKI is also engaged in different business lines including import, export, essence fabrication, after sales services and cargo freight transport operations. The company wishes to employ a good professional for the following job positions.
Position 1: Purchaser
General Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare database of current and prospective suppliers, collect pro forma invoices, prepare offer analysis report and purchase orders, check quality of particulars to be purchased, purchase items and deliver them to the store by following company- purchasing guidelines.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
- Receive approved importunities, collectpro-forma invoices, and present it to the supervisor for approval.
- Prepare detailed offer analysis report based on approvedpro-forma invoice.
- Prepare purchase order in the name of selected supplier based on approved offer analysis report,
- Ensure that purchases are made in the stylish interests of the company.
- Interact with the suppliers on a day- to- day basis; make day- to- day follow up of each purchase order.
- Track the status of any orders deal withnon-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.

Qualification Diploma in Purchasing or Supply management
Work Experience 6 years in applicable role; women candidates are encourages to apply
Skills and Abilities
Computer skill,
Auto driving license
Having experience on spare part purchasing (preferable)
Communication skill( both verbal and spoken)
Understanding of Finance and Accounting

Position 2 Cashier Accountant
Required Number 1 (One)
Qualification Diploma or B.A Degree in Accounting or Finance
Work Experience 4 years or 2 years in applicable role

Position 3: Store Keeper
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Store and handle materials and parts according to specified procedures.
- Receive and issue out materials and parts after checking them against applicable documents similar as purchase orders, quilting lists, invoices etc.
- Request, when necessary, the support of applicable work units for physical inspections during receiving and unloading materials, and products.
- Maintain Bin Cards for all particulars in store showing information, take notes about any problems associated with that stock, and report it to the concerned work unit for making necessary adjustments.
- Arrange a store lay out for materials and parts according to their movement, nature, weight, shape, size etc.
- Tag items received before they go into the store according to their nature, size, weight, and movement and safety protection requirements.
- Keep store all the time clean, undertake all safety measures to help accident or hazards and use proper material handling systems.
- Report when shortages, overages, damages, defects etc. are observed during receiving and afterward.

Qualification Diploma or B.A. Degree in Supply Chain Management or Management or related field
Work Experience 6 years for Diploma or 4 Years for B.A. Degree in applicable role
Required Competence
Communication – both verbal and written
Computer knowledgeable with good numeric skills

Position 4: Store Keeper
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Store and handle accoutrements and parts according to specified procedures.
- Receive and issue out materials and parts after checking them against applicable documents similar as purchase orders, packing lists, invoices etc.
- Request, when necessary, the support of applicable work units for physical inspections during receiving and unloading materials, and products.
